Tax Situation Profile: General information about the types of tax forms and schedules you may need (for pricing estimates and CPA matching purposes)

What we do not collect: CPA Plus AI does not collect Social Security numbers, tax documents, financial records, bank account information, or other sensitive financial data. When you are matched with a CPA partner, any such information is exchanged directly with that CPA through their own secure systems—not through CPA Plus AI.

However, please note that sensitive tax documents and financial information are handled directly by your matched CPA partner through their own secure, professional-grade systems (such as encrypted client portals)—not through CPA Plus AI.

Active user data is retained while you continue to use our services
Inactive user data is retained for up to three (3) years following your last interaction with our platform
